Return & Refund Policy — State Twenty Eight

At State Twenty Eight, every shirt is made fresh when you order — just for you. We pour a lot of care into what we make, and we want you to be happy with your gear.

Our 30-Day Promise

If your order shows up and it’s not quite what you hoped for, no worries — you’ve got 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

Just shoot us an email at hello@statetwentyeight.store with your order number and a quick note about what’s up, and we’ll take care of the rest.

If Something Ain’t Right

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or we sent the wrong thing — that’s on us. Reach out within 30 days of delivery with a few photos, and we’ll send a replacement or refund, no questions asked.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

  • Please don’t send anything back without checking in first — we’ll guide you through the process.

  • Items need to be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition for returns or exchanges.

  • Returns for size or color changes are fine under our 14-day policy (with the exchange fee).

  • If your package gets lost in the mail, we’ll work with the carrier and make it right.
